Belgian scale-up Bizzy boosts international ambitions with Amsterdam office opening

The platform for finding and understanding leads through smart business intelligence holds data from more than 21 million companies

Bizzy, the platform for finding and understanding leads through smart business intelligence, continues its exponential growth, opening an office in Amsterdam. In less than three years, the Belgian scale-up has more than 30 employees, 8 of which are now in the Netherlands.

Bizzy combines official (State Journal etc.) and dynamic data (LinkedIn, websites etc.) to create unique company profiles that allow professionals such as sales staff or analysts to easily find the right lead for their company.

Via convenient functionalities such as topic search, lookalikes or signals from the market, users can quickly identify, qualify and approach their prospects. Meanwhile, the B2B data platform has information on more than 21 million companies and 30 million contacts in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

10,000 monthly active users

Bizzy was born in 2021, originally as an app to receive notifications about new executives. In just three years, the scale-up has grown into a mature platform for lead generation through smart business insights that attracts 10,000 active users every month. The company now has about 30 employees in Belgium and the Netherlands and is targeting a turnover of €3 million this year.

“Today we can welcome 8 new sales staff to our brand new office in Amsterdam. From here we intend to serve the Dutch and French markets. However, this is only the beginning and our ambitions are clear: we want to become the market leader in Europe in the field of lead generation via smart business information,” said Hendrik Keeris, CEO of Bizzy.

Future-oriented

Bizzy is not sitting still in terms of product development either. The Ghent-based player is constantly improving the quality of its data and wants to expand its platform with new AI functionalities. The scale-up is also preparing a capital round to further accelerate its growth.
